Torquay Tornadoes support NAIDOC Week 2024 which is to celebrate and recognise the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

NAIDOC Week, which first began in 1975, provides an opportunity for all Australians to learn about First Nations cultures and histories and participate in celebrations of the oldest, continuous living cultures on earth.

This weekend our division 2 Women and men and division 1 women will wear our Indigenous shirts in recognition of NAIDOC Week.
